Jackson’s death slows down the web

First off all I must say

R.I.P Michael Jackson.

When news broke out of the stars death Google actually feared they where under attack.Millions of people who searched Michael Jackson’s name where greeted with an error page. BBC News reported that at around 04:00 this morning traffic on the site was 48% higher than average. Twitter also crashed under the immense amount of people using the site after Jackson’s death. It has also been reported that the average speed for downloading news sites went up from less than four seconds to nine seconds. The likes of Wikipedia, Yahoo, AOL, CNN and many others reported crashed within there sites.
